Teambuilding and team supervision

Irene Joel, MVIWATA

It was wonderful with CPM training, I never heard about it before and I really enjoyed the topics presented; especially on practicals. I learnt a lot and with this knowledge now, I think I will be able to solve some of the conflicts successfully.

The training provoked critical reflection on my own past experiences of difficult situations and feelings when facilitating a group. It allowed for a deeper level of understanding about behaviour patterns; why we act in particular ways and how this can lead to conflict and negative emotions. This time for reflection was really valuable to me; reflecting on a facilitation experience from six years ago, only now do I see the dynamics of projection, projective identification and transference that took place.

Workshops on intercultural awareness, communication and conflict management

Christoph Gornott, PIK

The CPM advanced Workshop provided a lot of knowledge on how to communicate in and manage disputes. I really liked to join the workshop and look forward to attend also in future trainings.

For my side, CPM training has helped me to understand how to solve social and public conflicts. Also the way on how a mediator is doing his work in conflict solving is clearer now.
